HRS4R in Serbia

Recently, EURAXESS Serbia has launched the initiative to promote the principles of Charter & Code in Serbia, as well as to assist the R&D organizations in implementing these principles, namely in developing their own Human Resources strategy.

University of Niš is the first R&D organization in Serbia that fully embraced the principles from Charter & Code.

HRS4R Process in University of Niš

The declaration of committment to the principles has been signed on 2010. This year, UNI joined the HRS4R process and received the HR Excellence in Research award by the European Commission.
